Welcome to Wax It All! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including booking appointments, receiving waxing and skincare treatments, and accessing our website: https://waxitallroc.com.
By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Online Booking
Appointments may be booked online through our booking partner, Square. When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You will receive an email or text confirmation once your booking is complete.
Appointment Reminders
We offer automated appointment reminders via email or SMS. These are sent as a courtesy only—clients are still responsible for keeping track of their appointments.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand life happens, but we kindly ask for your consideration of our time and that of other clients.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. You can cancel or reschedule via your confirmation email or by calling/texting us directly.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you miss your appointment without proper notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. No exceptions. This fee will be billed through Square using the payment method on file.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and this may be treated as a no-show depending on availability.
3. Payments
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments via Square. Full payment is due at the time of service unless pre-paid through Square. Gratuity is appreciated and may be added at checkout.
4. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority.
Please notify us of any allergies, skin conditions, recent surgeries, medications (such as Accutane or Retin-A), or other health concerns before your service.
Clients must maintain personal hygiene before waxing services.
Wax It All reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence, is inappropriate to staff, or poses a health or safety risk.
5. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent for waxing services. For clients under 16, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases of disrespectful behavior, inappropriate conduct, or violations of these Terms.
7. Privacy Policy
All client information is confidential and will never be sold or shared. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Wax It All reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
